Website enquiries
We ask for your name, email address, mobile number, enquiry type and requirements so the team can respond. Please do not include identity documents, account details or sensitive financial information in this form.
Email delivery
If automatic sending is configured, the enquiry is passed to our email provider for delivery. When the page offers an email draft, no enquiry is sent until you review and send it from your email app. The website does not keep an enquiry database.
Property alerts
An alert enquiry asks the team to discuss your preferences. It does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. You can ask Gert to stop contacting you about alerts at any time.
Calculators & server logs
Calculators use the figures you enter to produce estimates. Calculator forms use page URLs; these values may remain in your browser history. Do not enter account or identity details. Server logs contain request paths, status codes and timing, without enquiry bodies. Form protection uses temporary tokens and in-memory rate limits.
